Baskets getting smaller, but only a week left in the CSA so I guess that is to be expected.

This week: Chinese cabbage, greens, Swiss chard, radishes, potatoes, eggs, green bell peppers, and acorn squash.
Squash, eggs, potatoes, bell pepper, green tomatoes, radishes, kale(?), and lots of mixed greens.
Other stuff from the farmer's market: Brussel's Spouts, beets, and more potatoes.
I think I see some salsa in there!
This week we received a watermelon, peppers, onions, 2 tomatoes, a small bunch of Swiss chard, summer squash, and a 1/2 dozen eggs.
Due to the fact that we went out of town, we do not know what was in the CSA baskets these weeks. We had Kate's brother pick them up for us, but he is not as diligent about documentation on this front. All we know for sure is that when we asked him what was in the CSA, he texted a picture to Kate that looked delicious. Unfortunately, she accidentally deleted the picture. Such is the case when learning to blog.
